The Shippert Tavakoli Fat Transfer Set items were selected by eminent Australian plastic surgeon Dr. Kourosh Tavakoli.
This reusable set contains all instruments required for transferring adipose tissue to the breast and or face.
It includes:
- 2 x anatomically curved Coleman style fat transfer cannulas.
- 1 x 14 Gauge (2.1mm) x 15cm
- 1 x 14 Gauge (2.1mm) x 20cm
- 1 x 16 Gauge (1.6mm) x 15cm Lamis infusion needle.
- 1 x Cheese Grater 11 Gauge (3mm) x 15cm fat harvesting cannula. This instrument efficiently collects small aliquots of fat, ideal for transferring.
- 2 x straight Coleman style fat transfer cannulas
- 1 x 14 Gauge (2.1mm) x 10cm
- 1 x 17 Gauge (1.4mm) x 7cm
- 1 x Luer Lock to Luer Lock that connects any two Luer Lock syringes for transferring material from one syringe to another.
- 1 x 60cc Snapper to simply hold back the plunger on the 60cc harvesting syringe to maintain negative pressure.
Additionally the Cheese Grater may be used to release the ‘Double Bubble’, as demonstrated by the Tavakoli technique.
